Students are so excited for WELLA’s new EIMI Collection coming to LJIC Shades of Expression Retail Centers soon! One product that we cannot get enough of is Sugar Lift!! Today’s TuesTorial comes from Siera Hall (Cosmetology student at La’ James International College in Cedar Rapids.)

Directions: Apply on damp hair to create great texture & volume or on dry hair for a more settled style.

Step 1: Spray onto the hair in sections.

Step 2: Scrunch the hair, working the product in.

Step 3: Manipulate the hair to create your finished style.
