      Kacie, Taylor & Mrs. Laube from La’ James International College Cedar Falls share quick tips on how to use RUSK W8less Multip 12 in 1 on fine hair in today’s Tutorial….

      Step 1: Rather than spray directly onto the hair, spray a small amount in the palm of the hand.

      Step 2: Rub the hands together to emulsify the product.

      Step 3: Pull through the hair, mid strand to ends. Apply wherever the hair needs moisture.
