About Our Davenport Beauty School

Our Davenport campus was a former car dealership that our owner, Mrs. Becher, purchased and transformed into a beautiful school located not far from the interstate. Davenport is a diverse city with a thriving downtown area for our students to enjoy.

At La’ James International College, we take pride in our buildings and have designed them for both students and guests to enjoy. Our Davenport location is beautiful and includes a student salon/spa clinic for students to learn and grow their skills. With individual stations, treatment rooms, and a beautiful retail center, you’ll feel as if you’re in a true spa environment.

By the time you graduate, we want you to feel prepared for your future within the industry, that is why we created our student clinics to emulate a professional salon and spa. Once students reach a certain point in their education, they will then get to practice what they’ve learned and apply it to the guests who come in for services.

Cosmetology

Pursue your love for beauty with our traditional 5-day-a-week cosmetology program. For students who prefer a more traditional classroom environment, you can learn hair cutting, coloring, styling, facials, nails, and more!

*All services are provided by students under the supervision of licensed professionals.

La’ James International College reserves the right to adjust salon and spa business hours. Walk-ins are welcome but to ensure availability please schedule an appointment through Guest Services. If you are planning a large party or group, please schedule with Guest Services at least two weeks before the event.
