Become a Trendsetter at LJIC 2016 Trend Vision!

In just 3 short months on October 12th, 2016 at Adventureland Palace Theatre in Altoona, Iowa, La’ James International College will be celebrating it’s 11th Annual Trend Vision!

Trend Vision is LJIC’s annual Student Conference & Competition that gives students the opportunity to experience a high energy, real world runway fashion show atmosphere.

Students from all campuses across Iowa, Nebraska and Illinois can participate in a variety of themed category competitions. Each campuses also competes for the School Spirit Award. Students can choose to enter the hair, nail &/or makeup competition not only for bragging rights but also for amazing prize packages. The FINALE of the day is the announcement of the Overall Grand Champion trophy and prize pack which is awarded to the individual student competitor for their overall complete look in hair, makeup and nails.

LJIC Trend Vision is also known for it’s inspirational speakers such as CND Founder and CEO Jan Arnold, the UpDo guru Martin Parsons, CEO and Founder of Repêchage Skin Care Lydia Safati, as well as local Iowa native Dean Banowitz. Not only does LJIC have amazing guests but there is also free prize give-aways, a Career Expo and Industy Partners who come to represent and support the Health and Beauty Industry such as Wella, Rusk, Repêchage and CND.
