DIY : Red, White & Blue Design
Independence Day celebrations may be over but July is still “Red, White & Blue” month! And Abby Magee, Cosmetology student from La’ James International College has a fun look for you! Check it out & try it out…
Step 1: First you start with a prepped set of nails
Step 2: Apply two coats of blue polish
Step 3: Apply foil adhesive & let it dry completely (leaving one nail without on each hand for our accent finger)
Step 4: Blot on red foils until you achieve the desired look
Step 5: Apply nail tape horizontally on accent nail
Step 6: Apply a clear coat and place stars randomly
Step 7: Apply a clear coat once more to lock in your look
