Meet Jackie Ancona, Cosmetology student at La’ James International College in Cedar Falls! Jackie shares with us what her day is like as a Cosmetology student at LJIC…
“When you come to school, it’s very hands on. We get clients that come in for anything from a shampoo & style to a facial. At LJIC they are preparing us in many ways so that we can be the best stylists.”
What would you tell someone interested in the industry?:
“Definitely look into the program! I love doing hair & it’s fun to be able to express yourself through your styles. I think the best part though is when you have someone come in who has insecurities (which we ALL have) & you make them feel better about themselves.”
Why did you choose LJIC?:
“My best friend was going and she told me great things about the school.”
