DIY : Range of Motion for Tension Headaches

Step 1: Inhale, raising your shoulders
Step 2: Exhale and depress your shoulders
Step 3: Neck flexion
Step 4: Neck extension
Step 5: Rotate your neck to the opposite side
Step 6: Write ABC with the tip of your nose
Step 7: Place your left hand on the right side of your head
Step 8: Gently stretch the head to the opposite side. Remember to inhale & exhale. (Repeat each movement 5-10 times)
